　　《上海大學學報(英文版)》期刊介紹：

　　《JournalofShanghaiUniversity》是在錢偉長校長的大力倡導和支持下于1997年6月創刊的。本刊由上海大學出版社出版，《上海大學學報》(英文版)編委會編輯,上海大學期刊社發行。本刊設有“Reviews”,“Articles”,“Letters”，“AbstractsofDoctoralDissertations”等欄目，報道范圍涉及自然科學與工程技術的多種領域，主要有“應用數學和力學”，“信息技術”，“機電工程與自動化”，“材料科學與工程”等領域。本刊重視學術論文的創新性。錢校長在本刊發刊詞中把科研成果分為三類：第一類用新理論新方法解決新問題;第二類用新理論新方法解決老問題或用已有理論和方法解決新問題;第三類用已有理論和方法解決老問題。本刊將優先刊登第一類學術論文，也發表一些第二類學術論文，而不采用第三類論文。
